A Mobile native, Dr. Alexander graduated summa cum laude from The University of Alabama, earned her medical degree from the University of Alabama School of Medicine, and completed residency at UAB. There she was elected to both Alpha Omega Alpha and the Gold Humanism Honor Society in recognition of her academic excellence and compassionate care.

Dr. Alexander has special interests in obstetric care, minimally invasive gynecologic surgery, and menopause management. She has been recognized consistently as an outstanding educator and has authored multiple national publications and presentations in the field of obstetrics.

Outside of work, Dr. Alexander and her husband, Alex, are active members of their local church and are grateful to serve and invest in the community they call home.
