Dr. Frank Page combines a commitment to excellence with an energetic commitment to people and has now limited his practice to Gynecology, Infertility, Pelvic reconstruction and Laser Surgery. While at St. Vincent’s Hospital, he served as Chairman of the OB/GYN department for 8 years and as President and Chief of Staff during St. Vincent’s centennial celebration in 1998. He was the last physician chosen Favorite Doctor by the St. Vincent’s School of Nursing.
Dr. Page has made presentations at national scientific meetings, publishing three of his writings. Dr. Page is on the board of the Christian Medical Ministry of Alabama and Physicians for Life. While serving as Chief Resident at the University of Mississippi, he founded the nonprofit, educational, Wiser Society named after his mentor, now the namesake of the Wiser Hospital for Women and Children in Jackson, Mississippi.
Dr. Page has organized and led dozens of medical mission projects to Bolivia, Guatemala, Ecuador, Nicaragua, and Venezuala where he helped establish a permanent medical clinic for people with no access to care. At Brookwood Baptist Church, where he has served as Deacon Chair, he has worked as a “roofer and decker”, a licensed electrician for summer construction projects and edited a safety manual for volunteer construction groups.
He and his wife, Sylvia, have three children, Elise, Cameron, and Foster.
